What's Included
A boiler fitted right, first time
We install Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Ideal and Glow-worm boilers, and we'll talk you through the options rather than just fitting whatever's easiest. Every installation is backed by warranty protection and carried out to a tidy, well-planned standard.
We're Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, so whether your home runs on mains gas, LPG or oil, we're qualified to install and certify the work properly.
On the day, we protect the areas we're working in, remove the old unit, fit the new one, and test the whole system before we leave — flow, pressure, and any smart controls fitted alongside it. You'll get a full run-through of how everything works before we go.

When To Consider One
Signs your boiler might be on its way out
A boiler doesn't have to break down completely before it's worth replacing. A few common signs are usually worth having looked at.
Rising Bills
Gas or oil use creeping up without any real change in how you use your heating usually means the boiler's working harder to do the same job.
Frequent Call-Outs
A boiler that's needed a repair every year for the last two or three is often more expensive to keep patching than to replace.
Strange Noises
Banging, gurgling or whistling from the unit is usually an early warning sign, not something to wait out.
Slower To Heat
If the house is taking longer to warm up than it used to, or radiators are cold at the top, that's often the system telling you something.
Approaching 10-15 Years
Most boilers are built to last around 10 to 15 years. Beyond that, a new one is often more efficient than repairing the old one again.
Not Sure Either Way?
We carry out full heating efficiency surveys and give honest advice — including telling you if a repair is the better option.
Boiler Types
Not sure which boiler is right for you?
Combi, system, regular or oil: the right type depends on your property and how you use hot water, and we'll talk it through before recommending anything.
Combi Boilers
A single space-saving unit that generates all your heating and hot water on demand, with mains pressure delivery.
System Boilers
Built-in components like the expansion vessel, paired with a hot water cylinder — no feed or expansion tank needed.
Regular Boilers
Well suited to older, larger homes, working with a loft-mounted tank and a separate hot water cylinder.
Oil Boilers
For properties without a mains gas connection, using condensing technology to recycle exhaust heat for efficiency.
Pricing
Boiler installations from £1,600 + VAT
Final price depends on your boiler, property and any extra work needed — we'll always agree it with you up front before anything starts.
